By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use the website.
For the avoidance of doubt: Calvrix is an engineering practice serving business customers. The website is informational. Engaging Calvrix's services is governed by a separate signed engagement agreement; nothing on this website constitutes such an agreement.
What the website is
The website describes Calvrix, what we build, how we engineer, the principles we apply, and the engagements we accept. The content represents Calvrix's positioning on the date of publication. We update it. We do not commit to retaining any specific page or assertion indefinitely.
Where the website cites specific figures (revenue platform scale, system uptime, migration progress), those figures describe particular engagements or sample feeds and are stated as of the date shown. They are not a promise of comparable outcomes for any other engagement.
What you may do
- Read the website, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution under the standard fair-dealing exceptions of UK copyright law.

All rights reserved except the limited permissions granted above.
Open-source dependencies used in the site (React, IBM Plex, etc.) remain under their respective licences.
No advice, no warranty
Nothing on the website is engineering, security, legal, accounting, or financial advice. The website is provided "as is". Calvrix makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Where law permits us to exclude such warranties, we do.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calvrix is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the website, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the website is limited to £100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law of Scotland, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Linking and third-party sites
